The DFS Replication service stopped replication on the replicated folder at local path E:\DFS_TEST.

This was happening on a new server that had nothing but all Windows updates, Volume Shadow Copy and LogMeIn running on it. I stopped LogMeIn, restarted the DFS Replication service and everything started working immediately. I just wish I had realized this three days ago!
