2 Meter Ground Plane

The 2 meter ground plane is built on the following equation:

radiator length in inches = 234 / frequency in Mhz

radials in inches = (234 / frequency in Mhz) * 1.05

Note that as the frequency increases, the elements size decreases.  It's better to start with longer elements and then cut them shorter as you test the SWR for you desired center frequency.
