How to Enable TCP/IP Forwarding in Windows XP
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters Value Name: IPEnableRouter Value type: REG_DWORD Value Data: 1 A value of 1 enables TCP/IP forwarding for all network connections that are installed and used by this computer.
A reboot is required to enable this feature.
To verify that the settings have changed, run the following command and look at the IP Routing Enabled line. It should say yes.
